Phil Garcia
PHIL GARCIA is a native of Dallas, and has been cutting hair since he was 13½ years of age. He Attended American Barber School in Dallas, received his apprentice license at 16 &1/2 years of age and his Master Barber License at the age of 18 and continues to participate in professional education.

Phil attended the University of Dallas and the University of Oregon where he received his Bachelor of Arts degree 1973. He spent the next eight years in management and sales in the insurance industry before returning to his passion of hairstyling in 1982.

He is married with two children and one grandson. He is co-owner of phancy's.

Nancy Fisher
Nancy has been a licensed cosmetologist for 30+ years, working most of that time in the Plano area. She received her education at National Beauty School. She is diligent in continuing education in the hair and color industry staying abreast of the current trends.

Nancy has two sons and two grandchildren. She is co-owner of phancy's.

Stephanie Doramus
Stephanie attended Texas A&M University in College Station and received her degree in Interdisciplinary Studies in May 2003.

Stephanie graduated from Ogle School of Hair, Skin, and Nails in August of 2007 and is a licensed cosmetologist. Stephanie is a native of Kingsville, Texas.She lives in Plano, is single and has two loveable dogs. Stephanie is a substitute teacher for Plano ISD.

She enjoys exercising, spending time with friends and family, and shopping!

Christina Garcia
Christina is a native of Plano and graduated from Bishop Lynch H.S. in Dallas. She recieved her degree fromTexas Women's University in Kinesiology and Adaptive Physical Education. She teaches full time for Frisco ISD.

Enjoys exercising, basketball, and "hanging out" with her friends. She received her massage license through Texas Massage Institute in Plano and works part time.

Nora Perez
Nora graduated from the Cosmetology Career Center of Dallas and has been a licensed cosemtologist since April of 2001. She enjoys working in the beauty industry because she can make a difference in people's lives by making them feel more beautiful.

Nora lives in Allen with her husband and an adorable son and daughter. She also loves to travel and enjoys spending time with family and freinds.

Katie Sharp
Katie is from Arlington, TX and attended Baylor University in Waco, TX. She is now an evening student at the Aveda Institute Dallas. She will be graduating from The Aveda Institute in April 2011 and hopes to specialize in hair color. She has been working at Phancy’s since December 2009.

She enjoys doing makeup applications, cooking, and playing with her two dogs Harvey and Pupcake.

Lauren Whitson
Lauren joined the team at Phancy’s in September of 2009. After attending UTD for a degree in psychology and working at a bank for 7 years, she decided to follow her heart and attend cosmetology school.

She attended ITS Academy in Plano where she received her cosmetology license in January 2008. She lives in Carrollton with her husband Brian and little one (Chihuahua), Sophie.

She enjoys traveling, live music and any kind of art project. Lauren says, "I truly love my profession, getting paid for it is purely icing on the cake!"

Anh Vu
Anh is a native of Vietnam and she attended Whittier College Whittier, California. She received her Medical Laboratory Technology degree in 1989. She attended Cosmetology Career Center of Dallas. Anh is a licensed Aesthetician and continues with advanced Skin Care Education from International Derma Institute and Aveda. Anh has also successfully completed her cosmetology course and is a licensed cosmetologist.
