phancy's is the vision of it's two owners, PHil Garcia & nANCY Fisher. Together they have over sixty years of experience in the industry. Their professional association began twelve years ago.

phancy's is the unselfish collaboration of clients, business associates and AVEDA; conferences, ideas shared and modified. Years of team work, perseverance and dedication to the sole purpose of providing a destination of tranquility for each client. Concerned not only with the image of each client but dedicated to the enhancement of health and well being.

phancy's is located in the Historical District of Plano, within three blocks of the downtown business area. Older historic homes in the area have been renovated and many are housing vibrant businesses.
